You will collaborate in a 5-person crew to write, shoot, edit, and deliver a completed short film. We teach you professional production workflows using Agile principles, ensuring your projects get finished, not just started.

❋ Crew Immersion

You are immediately placed into one of the dedicated production crews. You will rotate through every key role: Writer, Director, DP, Sound Op, and Producer/Set Manager.

❋ Live Production Day

Module 3 is a mandatory, high-pressure Live Shoot Day. You will execute a complex scene based on a tight schedule, learning set management and crisis handling in real-time.

❋ Portfolio Delivery

You will leave with a completed, polished Graduation Short Film ready to be submitted to festivals or placed directly onto your professional reel.

This course is explicitly focused on the Producer/Set Manager skill set, merging creative vision with logistical execution. You will learn the business of filmmaking, not just the art, making you immediately valuable on any professional set.
